Our coaches are highly trained and experienced. They are often psychologists by training, and hold advanced degrees in leadership or business. They understand the importance of trust, reliability, dignity, and discretion.

While it is difficult to segment a human being into different aspects of their life with precision (professional versus personal?) we find there is still utility in being focused and intentional in supporting people develop the areas of their lives that they wish to address.
We support people in developing various soft skills (such as effective listening, negotiation, having difficult conversations); team management and facilitation; career and project transitions; and deeper business coaching, such as connecting visions and missions, to wider strategy articulation and more. Being based in Maastricht (a truly international city) has also displayed the specific adjustment needs of the expat community.

Our pricing structure is transparent and agreed upon upfront, and depends on your desired outcomes and process.
An intake session of 30 minutes
is provided free of charge
during which goodness-of-fit between the coach and client can be assessed; goals determined; and pricing package agreed.
Individual coaching
Single session: €100/hour
Four session package: €80/hour
Six session package: €60/hour
Team coaching
Team coaching is quoted on an adhoc basis considering various factors, including the number of people on the team. As a general guideline, teams of 5 people would usually be charged approximately €150/hour.
